Why Bintang Works exists
Bintang Works was set up in Singapore by a small group of advisers who had spent years inside technology companies watching AI tools arrive at small businesses in ways that felt more disruptive than helpful. Owners were handed software they hadn't asked for, staff were expected to adjust overnight, and the promised savings rarely appeared on time.
We believed there was a better approach: start by listening to how a business actually runs, identify the two or three places where a supportive tool could quietly remove a friction point, and then move carefully. The name Bintang — the Malay word for star — reflects that philosophy. Each tool in a well-considered setup is a fixed point, useful on its own and more meaningful when connected with others.
Today we work with creative studios, clinics, boutiques, and professional offices across Singapore, at whatever pace suits them. Some come for a single orientation session. Others stay with us through an ongoing retainer. Either way, the conversation is the same: plain, unhurried, and focused on your work, not on any particular technology.
